Coaching questions

  • Will I have 1:1 calls with Lindsay?

    Lindsay won't be doing any direct 1-on-1 calls, but there will be regular group calls that you 100% should not miss!

  • What if I've never done a build phase before?

    That's why this program exists. Most women have never intentionally trained AND eaten to build muscle. That's why they feel stuck. You'll getsetp-by-step support, coaching and commmunity of women learning alongside you.

  • Do I need access to a gym?

    A full gym is ideal for getting the most out of your training, but if you have a solid home gym setup with dumbbells, cables or bands, and a bench, you can absolutely make it work. Lindsay can help you adjust as needed.

  • Will I gain body fat during this?

    Some fat gain is normal in a build, but this program is designed to maximize muscle growth while minimizing unneccessary fat gain. You'll learn how to fuel smartly, train with intention and make adjustments along the way with Lindsay's support.

  • What's the time commitment?

    Training sessions typically range from 45-60 minutes. Additionally:
    Monthly Live coaching calls (recorded if you miss them)
    Bi-weekly check-ins (quick forms with optional coach feedback)
    • A supportive group chat where you can engage at your pace.

  • How long is the program?

    6 months minimum

  • What happens after the 6-month program?

    This 6-month build is just the beginning — and what comes after matters just as much as what we do during.
    You’ll finish this program with more muscle, more strength, and more confidence — but your journey doesn’t end here.

  • What if I'm a current BeStrong member? Do I get a discount?

    Since you're already paying the monthly BeStrong membership, you'll need to sign up here for this after logging into BeStrong.
    Since you’re already paying a monthly membership fee, that amount will be credited toward the total cost of the program. You’ll receive a reduced price based on what you’ll be paying monthly for BeStrong.

  • Can I pay monthly?

    Nope. This is a long-term commitment. We find when people pay up-front they stick to their commitment better than monthly payments.

  • Is there a guarantee or refund policy?

    There are no refunds. Do not commit to this program if you don't plan to see it through. Quitting will not be refunded. That said, if you become incapacitated, you can write us, and we can be reasoned with.
