Ingredients

  • 1 ln 96% lean ground beef (more if you want to make larger patties)
  • 2 TBSP Worcestershire
  • Favorite seasoning( I LOVE Traegar Blackened Saskatchewan Rub)
  • 15g Light Mayo
  • 1 Sargento Ultra thin slice cheese
  • 15g ketchup
  • Brioche buns
  • lettuce
  • thinly sliced tomatoes

Directions

  1. Mix Worcestershire with ground beef
  2. Form into 4oz beef patties
  3. Season with Salt and favorite seasoning
  4. Grill (leaner meat is easier to over cook so be careful!)
  5. Put together your burgers with lettuce, tomatoes, etc. And Enjoy!
