Copycat Chick-fil-a Chicken Sandwich

Ingredients

  • Just Bare Chicken Breast Original Fillets (If you can’t find them you can use Tyson Panko Chicken as a substitute)
  • 1 thin sliced Pepper Jack cheese (or cheese of your choice)
  • lettuce
  • thinly sliced tomaotes
  • 20g Honey Roasted BBq sauce (recipe below)

Honey Roasted BBQ Sauce - blend all these together

  • 20g honey (I love using hot honey)
  • 1 Tbsp Ketchup
  • 2 tbsp sweet baby rays bbq sauce
  • 2 tbsp sugar free bbq sauce( you can use all sugar free or all sweet baby rays. It will change the macros just a bit. adding 20g or so more carbs to the sauce. I use a mix to lower carbs and get the kick of sweet baby rays)
  • 70g light mayo

Directions

  1. Follow instruction on back, I like to air-fry mine at 360 degrees for 17 minutes
  2. While baking, mix all the ingredients for the Roasted BBQ Sauce together. There will be plenty left over for more use. You can find the sauce in MyFitnessPal under “Honey Roasted BBQ Sauce LiftingLindsay”
  3. Once chicken is done cooking, go ahead and put together your perfect sandwich!
