Egg White Protein Oatmeal Delight

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup old fashioned oats, dry
  • 1/3 cup egg whites
  • 2/3 cup water
  • dash of salt
  • 62g nonfat greek yogurt
  • 1/2 scoop clean simple eats Maple donut protein powder
  • 90g Strawberries
  • 17g Off Beat Butter (favorite flavor of choice is Caramel Pecan Cluster)

Directions

  1. Mix Together the Oats, Eggwhites, Water, Salt.
  2. Microwave for  1 1/2 - 2 1/2 minutes periodically taking it out  mixing it, and checking if its done.
  3. Once it’s done cooking let cool for 1-2 minutes, then mix in the greek yogurt, and protein powder.
  4. Top with cut up strawberries and nut butter
  5. Enjoy
