Ingredients

French Toast

  • 2 slices Sara Lee Delightful Bread
  • 40g egg whites
  • 1 whole egg
  • 20 ml fat free Fairlife milk (or fat free milk of your choice)
  • Dash of cinnamon (to taste)
  • 90g Strawberries
  • Smuckers Sugar Free Syrup (or low cal syrup of your choice)
  • 5g Whipped Topping

Omelet

  • 40g sliced white mushrooms
  • 150g eggwhites
  • 15g reduced fat mexican style bled shredded cheese
  • (season to taste, i love using salt, pepper, and FeastMode Flavor Asiago Jalapeno)

Directions

French toast

  1. Whip together 1 egg, 40g egg whites, 20 ml milk. Add cinnamon on top of mixture
  2. Put bread in mixture. You can allow to sit for 1-2 minutes to really soak up the mixture. That way the bread uses the whole mixture. Anything left over I put on top of the bread while frying it
  3. Lightly spray pan and cook bread on both sides. Top with 0 cal butter spray, syrup, freshly cut fruit, and whipped topping

Omelet

  1. lightly spray pan and add white mushrooms. cook for a minute on both sides till softened.
  2. Add egg whites and cook. Add desired seasoning and then top with cheese.
