  • 2 10.5oz cans 98% fat free Cream of Chicken Soup *
  • 8 oz. light sour cream
  • 1/2 cup fairlife fat free milk
  • 650g  shredded rotisserie chicken, without skin
  • 6 cups prepared hot rice

For the Toppings: your choice of toppings

  • shredded cheese
  • pineapple tidbits
  • sliced black olives
  • diced tomatoes
  • diced green onions
  • frozen green peas, thawed
  • crunchy chow mein noodles, found in the asian isle at the grocery store
  • shredded carrots

the Macros are ONLY for the creamy chicken mix. The rest you have to add in separately.


1. In a saucepan heat together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream and fat free milk.

2. Serve over prepared rice

3. Add toppings of choice
