Protein Waffles & Sausage

  • 1/3 cup Kodiak Pancake Mix
  • 65g Kirkland Greek Yogurt, Plain
  • 16g Pescience, Gourmet Vanilla
  • 3 Maple Turkey Sausage, Jimmy Deans
  • 100g sliced strawberries
  • 25 ml Sugar free syrup, (Smuckers brand is my go to)


  1. Heat waffle iron
  2. Mix kodiak, greek yogurt, protein powder with 1/2 cup water (or to desired consistency) and cook
  3. Top with a little 0 calorie butter spray if desired. Add strawberries and syrup
  4. Warm up 3 sausage links, I do it quickly in the microwave from frozen and it works great.
  5. Enjoy!
